What VPN Companies excite me in 2016

VPN 2016 excite

Selling VPN services has become big business and with more choice than ever it’s now hard to decide who to sign up to in 2016.

No doubt you’ve entered the term “VPN” in Google and been bombarded with options leaving your head spinning in a mess and not knowing where to turn next.

Unfortunately with so much choice it makes it easy to make the wrong decision. After being baffled by the array of options available you could end up signing up to a provider that leaves you with less than you would hope for.

I usually sum up a good VPN provider by considering how fast they are, the amount of available servers and their policies on encryption and logging. If your VPN provider isn’t fast enough then you’ll be left with buffering and a poor web browsing experience.

In this article I’ve been considering three VPN providers that excite me for 2016 and will give you a quick rundown of some of their features and why you should consider them.

What VPN Companies excite me in 2016

Rank Provider Lowest Price Review Link
1IPVanish Small Logo≈£4.22 ($6.49)

2Overplay Small Logo≈£5.51 ($8.32)
per month
3ExpressVPN Small Logo≈£5.41 ($8.32)

1. IPVanish

IPVanish Small Logo

 Pros

  •  Blistering fast speeds.
  •  Unlimited bandwidth.
  •  Absolutely no logs kept.

 Cons

  •  None spring to mind!

IPVanish is without a doubt the VPN provider that excites me most. Not only did they excel in 2015 in terms of speed but they also made massive advances in the service they offer giving you more for your money.

2016 is set to be a good year for IPVanish users as they continue to expand their network to include more countries and server locations around the world and if 2015 is anything to go by then it’ll be a substantial expansion.

IPVanish also got faster than ever before and our speed test results are a testament to that with them finishing either top place or second place every month in our UK server speed tests.

If you needed any more proof of the quality of the IPVanish service and why they excite me the most in 2016 then in our recent review of their service we awarded them our highest ever score.

2. Overplay

Overplay Small Logo

 Pros

  •  Good selection of servers.
  •  SmartDNS service included.

 Cons

  •  Not as many servers as IPVanish.
  •  Higher price.

Overplay are a provider that have been continuing to grow for the past few years and are well worth checking out.

2016 is no doubt going to be a big year for Overplay as they’ve shown an increase in service every year. Overplay differ slightly from some of the other providers out there in that they have a SmartDNS system that allows entertainment watchers an alternative method to access geo-restricted content.

Using the Overplay SmartDNS you can access hundreds of different streaming websites from around the world without restriction and without any speed loss. While SmartDNS doesn’t encrypt your internet the VPN service from Overplay that comes as a combined package will cover this.

With recently released software for the VPN service on PC and Mac and simple instructions to make use of the SmartDNS system Overplay is certainly a provider to keep your eye on in 2016 and well worth signing up to.

3. ExpressVPN

ExpressVPN Small Logo

 Pros

  •  Big selection of countries.

 Cons

  •  Speeds a little slower than others.
  •  High price.

ExpressVPN takes my third spot for VPN providers that excite me in 2016 because of the rate they’ve been expanding over recent years.

Like IPVanish and Overplay, ExpressVPN has added a ton of servers to their network in recent times and 2016 will be no exception.

Unfortunately ExpressVPN is a little slower than the other two so if you’re after streaming high quality video or doing high intensity tasks then keeping with IPVanish will be your best bet.

If you want a mass of servers, decent speed with easy software and apps then ExpressVPN are well worth looking at. I only wish they would lower their prices as compared to the competitors they come out as the most expensive.

If you’re interested in the most countries covered then ExpressVPN is the service for you, click the link below to visit their site and find out more or sign up.

Summary

There are lots of reasons to get excited about VPN use in 2016. Recent news headlines have shown that it is more important now than ever to protect your online privacy and with greater restrictions about what we can and can’t do our freedom relies on VPN usage.

The above three providers have shown to be committed to providing a great service and continuing to update what is available on their service which is what makes them my top choices to consider for VPN providers that excite me in 2016.

If you’re looking for a VPN service recommendation then IPVanish would be my number one choice because their overall expansion throughout 2015 and their continued service updates that make them the VPN that most excites me going into 2016.
